1. Konu / Subject 

Türkçe: İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Satıcı tarafından Alıcı’ya satışı yapılacak olan ürünlerin teslimi, bedeli ve ödeme şartlarının belirlenmesidir. 

English: The subject of this agreement is the sale, delivery, price, and payment terms of the products to be sold by the Seller to the Buyer. 

2. Ürün ve Fiyat / Product and Price 

Türkçe: Satıcı, aşağıda belirtilen ürünleri Alıcı’ya satmayı ve teslim etmeyi kabul eder:

3. Teslimat / Delivery 

Türkçe: Teslimat şartları [INCOTERMS 2020: FOB, CIF, EXW vb.] esas alınacaktır. Teslim tarihi [ fatura tarihinden itibaren 7 – 10 iş günü ]’dir.

4. Ödeme Şartları / Payment Terms

5. Garanti / Warranty 

Türkçe: Satıcı, teslim edilen ürünlerin revizyonlu yenilenmiş ve kusursuz olduğunu garanti eder. Garanti süresi [1] aydır. 

English: The seller guarantees that the delivered product is refurbished and free from defects. Warranty period [1] months. 

6. Mücbir Sebepler / Force Majeure 

Türkçe: Tarafların kontrolü dışında gelişen doğal afet, savaş, grev vb. durumlarda sorumluluk doğmaz. 

English: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or strikes. 

7. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü / Dispute Resolution 

Türkçe: İşbu sözleşmeden doğacak uyuşmazlıklar, [Ankara Ticaret Mahkemeleri] yetkisindedir. 

English: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Ankara Commercial Courts]. 

8. Yürürlük / Effectiveness 

Türkçe: İşbu sözleşme [8] nüsha olarak hazırlanmış olup tarafların imzası ile yürürlüğe girer.
