Türkçe: İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Satıcı tarafından Alıcı’ya satışı yapılacak olan ürünlerin iptali ürün satıcı tarafından gümrükten ürünler çıkmadan önce alıcı sipariş iptal yapabilir. exw gnderilerde alıcı firma 1 ay içerisinde lojistik kargo firmasını ayarlayıp ürünleri teslim almakla yükümlüdür aksi takdirde 1 ayı geçmiş hala depo adresimizden teslim alınmaması halinde şirketimiz mesul değildir. ürün iadesi için exw cfr caf gönderilerde ve diğer gönderi türlerinde iade taleplerinde gümrük masrafları kargo ücretleri alıcı firmaya aittir.

English: The subject of this contract is the cancellation of products to be sold by the Seller to the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel an order before the products clear customs. For EXW shipments, the Buyer is obligated to arrange for a logistics and cargo company to receive the products within one month. Otherwise, if the product is still not received from our warehouse after one month, our company is not responsible. For EXW CFR CAF shipments and other types of shipments, customs and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer for return requests.
